Frequently asked questions

What is Kizuna?

Kizuna is a private prompt app for two people who already know each other. One prompt gives both people a shared starting point.

Does Kizuna have public feeds?

No. Kizuna has no public feeds, public profiles, likes, followers, discovery, or response posting.

When are answers revealed?

Answers remain sealed until both people in the private pair room respond. Each person can answer at their own pace.

What answer formats are available?

Text and voice are part of the free plan. Kizuna Plus is intended to add new video and photo answers. Confirm current availability on the pricing page and in the App Store.

How does private sync work?

The app encrypts answers on the device and sends encrypted response envelopes through the relay. The public Privacy Policy explains the data categories and limits without claiming that normal iOS screenshots can be fully blocked.

Can I delete my data?

The app includes leave-pair, local deletion, and account deletion flows. Deleting local keys may make encrypted answers on that device unreadable.

Is Kizuna therapy or emergency support?

No. Kizuna is not therapy, medical care, or emergency support. If someone may be in immediate danger, call local emergency services or a crisis line.

How do I get support?

Visit Support or email support@ourkizuna.com. Do not send private answers, invite codes, identity tokens, APNs tokens, or device logs containing secrets.
